What have I Let Go of Today? We are reviving our popular Stirling Sunset practice! Starting tonight, join us for 7 Sunsets: A Daily Practice in Letting Go.

When you see it, take a moment to exhale, reflect, and write down your response to “What have I let go of today?” You’ll notice the Stirling Sunset timings are slightly later compared to our initial Letting Go daily practice back in January…🌅
