About the artists

We’re working with three artists, all with experience of working with older people.

Chiara Berardelli is a singer-songwriter, based in Glasgow, who previously worked on Third Age Plus Pioneers.

Nicola Stead is a photographer, based in Glasgow, who previously worked on Third Age Plus Pioneers.

Alex McEwan is a visual artist and part of Albatross Arts, an organisation that breaks down access barriers to the arts and supports people to explore their potential and realise the power of their own creativity.

Autumn Voices is grateful to Argyll and Bute Third Sector Interface Communities Mental Health and Wellbeing Fund for financial support.

We are also grateful to Mary Irvine who initiated the project, and to Rebecca Morrow at Helensburgh Dementia Resource Centre.
